Your website should be the strategic center of your digital ecosystem — not a digital brochure. You'll audit your own site against a 5-element checklist and identify your top 3 priorities to fix.

Session 5: Email and Social as Amplifiers

Email and social are not separate strategies — they amplify your core narrative. You'll build a simple, sustainable content framework and leave with a 30-day content plan skeleton ready to use.

Session 6: Working Smarter with AI

AI tools like Claude are game-changers for small business owners — when you know how to use them. You'll learn to write prompts that actually sound like you, and leave with a personalized AI prompt library starter kit.

Closing: Build Your 90-Day Marketing Plan

You'll close the day with an actual, written 90-day marketing plan — not just notes. Three priorities, specific actions, channels, and timelines. This is the moment that makes the day worth the investment.
